There Is Need for Public Service before Politics
The political process in our democracy is the process of securing and evolving basic rights as written in the declaration of independence. Those engaging in political processes are required to work in harmony in reconciling their differences with the aim of achieving the goals put forward in the documents founding. It is important for them to come back to what is implemented in regard to the values and principles and listening to one another to seek in finding an approach that is balanced in full support. Definitely differences will arise but with the current issues complexity, resulting in a wide range of people following one party line. This makes it complicated due to the fact that both parties are splitting into several groups.
Generally, a big percentage of media attention is focusing on some of the most statements that are extreme which come out from the two groups at the far ends of a broad range of related ideas. This is because it seems to attract more viewers and readers and it is more sensational and more statements that are balanced close to the center. But this type of media coverage can be making it not easy for politicians to try finding some compromise between positions that are differing. Relative to ideologies that oppose, those who are compromising might a victim of criticization. In this regard, there is a need for agreement between the different parties before politics. In addition to that, public services require more than the public sector in serving the public demands in general, with the aim of services to function as per our needs. This implies that as costs, standards and expectations are increasing rapidly than the economic growth, we will be facing a choice of various responses that are strategic.

Lastly, the only way in reconciling differences is to put aside personal interests and prioritize public services before politics. All responsibility positions in any government branch is a call to public service. Everyone with a responsibility to serve the citizens is supposed to deliver the public services since they are paid by the citizens you are paying taxes, despite any political coalition. According to the constitution, the public is the boss of all public servants and for that reason, their public needs should be met accordingly. In addition to that, there is a need for auxiliary public services, core public services, and auxiliary public services to be fulfilled before politics.
