If you have a blonde skin tone, you can really pull off a variety of shades, from deep, vibrant reds like ruby to vampy reds like jam.
If you are a medium-skinned lady with yellow undertones, an orange-red like Candy Red or another shade with tangerine undertones will make you look energetic if your skin is tanned with warm undertones. If you have a brunette, don’t be afraid to wear this red color. I know some women think brown and orange don’t look good together, but this color goes really well with brown hair.
If you have dark skin with warm undertones, a ruby red and lipstick will be a great contrast to your dark skin.
Finally, if you have dark skin with cool undertones, you can wear almost any color, but burgundy looks especially beautiful on your skin.

Valentine’s Day is almost here and you know what that means. Red is everywhere! You may find that finding the right red isn’t the easiest thing to do. Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and wearing red is one of my favorite ways to celebrate…but wearing red can be a scary color. A lot of people tell me they love red… wish they could wear red… but they can’t because it doesn’t look good on them. Well, when women tell me they can’t wear red, it’s because they’re wearing the wrong red. Red is just a color. color name Red comes in many shades.
Red is such a simple word, but when you start looking around, you realize that the word “red” is not enough to decide if this color is right for you. I’m here to tell you that red can be worn by anyone. Yes. Even you. Let me be more specific… anyone can wear true red. This is the red on the color wheel and is a true neutral red with no added yellow or blue. Once you add red to yellow, it will become a warm red. Or if you add magenta (or blue) to red, it becomes a cool red. This is important when trying to figure out which red will suit you best. So what kind of red turns heads…and makes people say, “Wow! You look great!” Yes, that includes lipstick color. There are 3 things to consider when trying to determine if a particular color is best for you.
Personally, you have natural levels of chromium. saturation. Your best shade of red is a perfect match for your natural skin tone and undertone. So, if you have pastel shades, then pastel red looks best. If you have brightness or high contrast, a brighter red (rather than muted) will suit you. Color saturation refers to color. When white or black is added to the clear chrome color, it becomes slightly softer. This may be all you need to wear red. A bright red can be too bright, but a slightly muted version can be just right.
If you find a true neutral red, focus on whether you should wear a bright red, a slightly muted red, or a muted red. In my opinion, this is the most important factor in deciding whether the color is right for you.
If the color is too bright for you, turn it off. The first thing people notice is the color. “Wow, what a beautiful color on you…” If the color is too muted for you, it will bore you. People may ask you, are you tired today? Therefore, it is important to know whether your overall colors and tones are muted or bright.
